Making moments real in the Queen Elisabeth Hall

In the beautiful historic setting of the Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp, Novid created delights: a LED screen of 75m2 on the main stage, eighteen screens in the reception and break-out rooms and even a fancy DJ booth. We are very proud to do our part for this event.

Corporate Event Management organised a company-wide conference. The bar was set particularly high for all the suppliers, both according to the level of finishing, the quality of materials and the way of working. But hey, we love that at Novid!

75m2 of sharp high-resolution images

The showpiece was on the stage: a 75m2 LED wall, or 4,8 meters high and 16 meters wide. Two truss frames provided a firm placement. During the presentations, Novid was responsible for the video graphics, operating with a Barco S3 presentation switcher. We used four MCTRL4K processors so that the guests could enjoy ultra-clear images. We also provided speakers with Downstage Monitors (DSMs). In total there were six, the presentations were visible from every point of view in the Queen Elisabeth Hall.

4K Ultra HD Screens, a LED DJ booth and the Novid Kiosk. 

Novid pampered the visitors in the stylish atrium. Four LCD screens continuously provided welcome and other messages. Perhaps even more eye-catching was the fancy DJ booth. We created a stand-alone DJ booth with the LT Series LED tiles. It was an eye-catcher that drew all the attention to the corporate videos and visuals created for this event. Our latest novelty- the Novid Kiosk is a powerful mini-computer (a Raspberry Pi) with a self-written program to wirelessly control the content on every screen, including the after-movie that was presented by the CEO at the end of the day.

Do you think it stopped there? We also equipped all the break-out rooms with a total of fourteen 98″ 4K Ultra HD screens. They were neatly placed on a ScreenStalk lift, so we could place them on the perfect hight, just as our client wanted.



The conference attendees had the time of their life. We did too! The fast and perfect set-up for this conference was only possible because of our large and enthusiastic team. Fourteen ladies and gentlemen took care of the construction and disassembly, eight colleagues supported the organization and presenters during the conference.
