Ordering Information
We only accept underscribed orders by fax.
Please mention following items:
•Effective period of use,
•Effective period of handling,
•The requested equipment,
•Way of transportation,
•The exact amount,
•The necessary accesories and cabling.
Ordering goes in different stages: The Offer, The Option and The Order Form
The Offer:
This document only provides prices for equipment; it doesn't account for the availability When you agree with the terms of this offer, please sign the offer and fax it for confirmation. Receipt of this fax will be confirmed as an order or an option, if this equipment is available. If you wish to use an option, this means that we are reserving the requested equipment for that period. If you sign the option form before expiry date and return it for confirmation, it becomes an order.
Free Option Periods:
7 day option three months before delivery and 3 day option within one month before delivery. Within one week no options are accepted. As a control we fax you back an order confirmation for checking the dates, quantities, equipment, …
Cancelling an order:
Only by handwriting onto the order form "Cancellation" with the date and faxing to the Rental Dept. Cancelling 7 days before delivery, will be charged 50% of the total price.
Changing an order:
All changes should be done by fax. If you change the order within 24 hours before delivery, we can charge an extra cost as result of this change. Please indicate clearly which equipment you wish to add and which you wish to cancel.
Payment at delivery:
If on the order form this is indicated, you will have to pay before picking up the equipment. This method of payment is for first-time customers, customers with outstanding invoices for minimum 3 months. You can pay cash, by cheque, or by proof of payment issued by your bank.
